Starting the Activities of a Week of Knowledge in Pharmacy College Whereas Riyadh Techno Valley Finished a Week of Knowledge in Engineering College

Riyadh Techno Valley arranged a program about aims and activities in Pharmacy College. The Valley's program prepared for faculty members , researchers and students because they are considered as the audience of RTV which is attributed to pharmaceutical research in the Valley which is one of the main elements in research process. On the other hand, RTV arranged a week of knowledge in engineering college during 8-10\5\1430A.H. within the programs , activities and services of RTV to faculty members , researchers and students of KSU to know its goals , plans , programs and services for researchers to develop creation , invention and its role in developing subjective resources of the university . It also included a presentation of activities of Riyadh Technology Incubation Center and its accomplishments in supporting inventions. An informative exhibition held during the week in Engineering College to communicate with students of Science College and to attract them for making use of it . During the week, RTV administration visited academic departments in Engineering College . On Sunday 8\5\1430 A.H. , the faculty members in Electrical Engineering Department , Oil Engineering and Natural Gas have been met . Civil Engineering Department and Chemical Engineering Department have been visited where a complete presentation given on RTV to the faculty members in each department , then an open talk held about the activities , programs and future trends of RTV. Dr. Rashid Al-Zahrany , the Assistant of General Supervisor of Management and Investment and Dr. Abdul Aziz Al-Dossery , the Assistant of General Supervisor of Technical and Engineering Affairs, Dr. Mazid bin Mashor Al- Tarkaoi , the Executive Manager of Riyadh Technology Incubation Center , and Dr. Abid Saad Fares , a Member in Faculty Members in Computer College and Consultant of the Valley's Research, participated in that presentation. The week aimed at knowing the Valley and Riyadh Technology Incubation Center and communicating with special researchers ; faculty members and students to attract research , projects and special inventions to let others to make use of opportunities given and supported by the Valley to change them into valuable products. The team of RTV thanked and appreciated the Dean and managers of Engineering College for their support and cooperation in organizing this program. They also thanked faculty members for attending , interacting in the program and interesting in programs and activities of the Valley.
