Controlling and regulating the development process of the Technical Affairs Department in Riyadh Techno Valley (RTV) is one the Valley's management obligations and duties. In that process, King Saud University and many private institutions will work on and construct the various buildings of the Valley. In order to achieve the goals of the Valley, and in order for those buildings to fulfill the conditions and the requirements necessary for helping the users to carry out their work in the best possible manner, it's mandatory that some development basics, in addition to some other detailed conditions, are set and followed.
