Located on a land area of about 32.000 m2 and building area of 50.000 m2. The National Centre for e-learning and distance education project addresses to specific needs and contribute to the elaboration of advanced e-learning and distance education commensurate with their importance as they allow for competition between higher education institutions to participate effectively in the development of this type of education and take the advantages of their enormous potential in developing the level of form and content of education.
